Inspirations
Whew! Being Santa is hard work. It’s a busy time so today I want to simply share a few things that have felt inspirational to me over the past few weeks.
First, I can’t get enough of this book. If you’re interested in a purely positive view of humanity in a time when it seems like we can’t shake off our most base fears and judgments, you’ll love reading just a few pages at a time.
Maslow spoke my language. He believed that humans were intended to transcend mere survival and blossom. I believe that too. My greatest hope is that more and more people will realize this and make the choice to walk through their fear and find their magnificent selves.
Here is a song that I had playing on repeat a few weeks ago. Maybe you’ve heard it. I love the idea of seeing everything as holy, everything as a miracle. Wasn’t it Einstein who said that there are two ways to live life: as if nothing is a miracle, or as if everything is. I choose the miracle POV, thank you. Enjoy.
